Data Refreshment _Adobe Analytics & Power BI Desktop

Hi Team, 

 

I have dveloped a report connecting power Bi desktop and adobe analytics through connector. Given daily refreshment in power Bi service.

Whenver daily refreshment takes place, the data is not visible in some visuals, while checking in Power Bi desktop no data available in Data panel & edit query panel.

Please help me out

    Hi Thillai_powerbi ,

     

    Can you please decribe more clearly? It can't show the new data in visuals or there are error messages in visuals and edit query panel?  Can you please attach a few images? (Please remove the sensitive data.) Thanks in advance.

      Hi Xue,

       

      Thank you for your reply. 

      I cant post query window here since it is confidential. 

       

      It seems issue with data pipeline. The transfer of data on “Page” segment from adobe to Power BI is  not occurring during each refreshment.

        Hi Thillai_powerbi ,

         

        Please clear the premission and re-connect Adobe Analytics to have a try. 

         

        If this can't work for you, I would suggest you create a support ticket  to get dedicated support from the Microsoft personally. On the forum side, it's hard for us to provide any more support about this issue.
