Data Refresh report from Sharepoint

 How does one set up a Data Refresh for a report on Sharepoint? I can access the Data Refresh options in app.powerbi.com but I can't access these settings now that the report is in Sharepoint

I am unable to see the image you upload as it is corrupted. Could you please describe more details about report on SharePoint? Do you connect to SharePoint Online data source or on-premises SharePoint data source in Power BI?

This is a feature of Power BI Service. If you want to get same feature in SharePoint, please contact SharePoint support, you can post the question in SharePoint forum.
