Data Refresh from a virtual server

Hello,

 

I am trying to schedule a refresh using a virtual server that's always-on, but the gateway doesn't want to connect. I have tried using the same connection via a local machine and it works fine though. Has anybody else experienced any issues with this?

What error message do you get? Could you please post a screenshot about your scenario?

Log into the machine running the Gateway.  Can it access the virtual server?
