Copy&Paste into current.all is bad, use the data as is from the download files, Power Query syncronize the rows due to the headers if you append the data.
If I sort the data by session and time and remove the duplicates in each session, I end up with this result:

Helper IIRight, so this kind of thing will be helpful moving forward, but because we have important information in the Current.all, I think there needs to be some merging? For example, 77 should be "Item 3" (on Current.all) even though the download says "Item 1". I also don't want session 50 because it is not on the Current.all.
