Daily cumulative variance to goal graph

i am trying to make the below graph (which was made as a prototype in excel) in Power BI.

 

 

i was able to get this far but i dont know how to make the "cumulative variance to goal" like in the above graph. i just have the goal as a single valued measure.

    Can you add sample tables (in format that can be copied to PowerBI) from your model with anonymised data? Like this (just copy and paste into the post window).

    Column1 Column2
    A 1
    B 2.5

    also what's the calculation logic for the measures that you're using?
