DAX/Logic Function - Parameter Beatin

Gostaria de saber como posso realizar a seguinte comparação utilizando a linguagem DAX.

Preciso comparar a versão de um atributo do mesmo parâmetro em tabelas diferentes. Se os valores forem iguais, quero que retorne "Ok"; caso contrário, quero que retorne "Nok".

    Hi Iguinrj ,

     

    First consider appending three tables as one:

    UnionTable = UNION('Table2','Table3','Table4')

    Then create a new calculated column in Table1:

    Column5 = 
IF(
    COUNTROWS(
        FILTER(
            'UnionTable',
            'UnionTable'[Column1] = 'Table1'[Column1] &&
            'UnionTable'[Column2] = 'Table1'[Column2] &&
            'UnionTable'[Column3] = 'Table1'[Column3] &&
            'UnionTable'[Column4] = 'Table1'[Column4]
        )
    ) > 0,
    "equals",
    "different"
)

      I need to do the following comparison:
