Customer service analysis workbook

Hi all,

I am looking to work with Power BI and Dynamics CRM and have found several references to an example "Customer service analysis workbook" but have not been able to find this anywhere. Can you suggest where to look?

I have the standard Sales Manager example using Dynamics CRM sales data running in Power BI, but was looking for something with a Customer Service focus.

I now have these in Power BI desktop and have published to the Power BI site.
