Custom .mez Connector for Common Data Service Dataflows

I've started playing around with custom Power BI connectors. I made a simple one that connects to a SaaS product we have with a REST API. The file is in .mez format.

Is there a way to "Publish" the connector for our internal use in Common Data Service? Maybe a workaround to use the same code from the .mez file to make a connector on the web side? The API can be accessed anywhere, so an on-prem gateway is not required for the API requests.

It's not doing anything fancy, just Web.Contents and JSON to tables, but would like to have the data cleaned up for our users that are not as Power Query Savvy.

Hi @RamonMA ,

It seems that you want to use custom connector in CDS, right? I don't find corresponding documenet about this porblem, and CDS seems to be related to Power Apps, so I suggest you could post this problem in Power Apps forum for more suggestions.

Best Regards,
Zoe Zhi
