Custom Collumn searching for Duplicate Values

Hi all

I have table collumn where it contains values such as:

482932983

Ryan by themselves and as the main goalkeeper

482932984

Tim and John by themselves and as the main strikers

482932985

Kepa and Ronaldo by themselves and as main players

I am looking to grab instances where there is 2x players within the statements

1 certainty is that there always exists 2x "and" instances if that is true.  I am not sure how to get a custom collumn where it picks up the 2x "and" instead of just 1

Anyone have any ideas?
