Hi Guys,
What is the current way to create/develop custom connectors? Seems PowerQuery SDK does not work with VS 2019.
Thank you for your answer in advance.
Best regards,
Jozef
Hi @quark
Is this problem sloved?
If it is sloved, could you kindly accept it as a solution to close this case?
If not, please let me know.
Best Regards
Maggie
Hi
Basically no. I have found article how I can manually edit the vix file to get this installed. But still it say by default that this component is not for the version of VS i have (2019). That is not applicable in my case to make that edit before installing.
Best regards,
Jozef
Hi @quark
As searched, PowerQuery SDK should work with VS 2019, if you happen to some issues, please provide issue details and ask in Power Query Forum.
launch Power Query SDK under Visual Studio 2019
Create a Power Query custom data connector in 10 minutes
In Power BI, You could connect to data using generic interfaces
