Creating new rows in dataset based on other columns

I have a dataset that contains the below. I would like to create new rows for each record that are based on values in existing columns. Is this possible?

Example:

After:

That looks like : select userid column and 'Unpivot other columns' in Power Query

That looks to have done it. I was trying to unpivot without remembering the dropdown to change the way it does it. Thanks!
