Create connections from hyperlinks in existing connection

I have a data source I am pulling from Google Sheets. One of the columns in the data source is a hyperlink to another Google sheet. Is it possible using power query or power bi to automatically create a new data source from the hyper link and create a realtion between the source and link?

No, Power Query cannot create data sources dynamically. All queries (partititons) and parameters (expressions) must be specified in the section1  portion statically.
