We have a shared Inbox for my team that receives daily requests.
Shared inbox is: groupadministration@XXX.com
I would like to record the Email info: From; Subject; Received Time; and Categorize if possible
Then When an email is Replied to and goes to groupadministration@XXX.com / Sent to Record the
Email Replied Time.
I assume the link is some sort of Conversation ID that is created when an email is received?
Once we have the data to have the TAT (EmailReceivedTime - EmailRepliedTime)
Columns:
Conversation ID / Email Subject/ EmailReceivedTime / Reply To / EmailRepliedTime / TAT

Hi @krikri ,
Your needs are not quite clear, are you trying to import data from your email into Power Query in the format you want?
If the mail you are using belongs to the Exchange service, you can try the following connection methods:
Microsoft Exchange Online Power Query Data Connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn
But this doesn't allow you to customize what to import.
If your mailbox is not part of the Exchange service, then you may not be able to connect directly to the contents of that mailbox, and you may need to use other tools to export the data first and then connect to Power Query.
Best Regards,
Dino Tao
