Count specific value in a row

Hi,

I can't seem to figure this out, i have a table like this:

Car	Question1	Question2	Question3	Question4	Question5	Count of Yes	Count of No
VW Up!	Yes	Yes	Yes	No	No	3	2
VW Polo	No	Yes	Yes	No	No	2	3

I want to add two columns, one with the count of "Yes" and one with the count of "No" (Like shown with green in the table)
