Count specific value in a row

Hi,

 

I can't seem to figure this out, i have a table like this:

CarQuestion1Question2Question3Question4Question5Count of YesCount of No
VW Up!YesYesYesNoNo32
VW PoloNoYesYesNoNo23

 

I want to add two columns, one with the count of "Yes" and one with the count of "No" (Like shown with green in the table)

same for Count of Yes. Create new column
