I'm a bit new with Power BI and trying some stuff. I want to calculate the cost per hire per recruitmentchannel.
The situation:
I got 1 table with the dates(dimension), 1 table with all new employee (fact) over time with the recruitmentchannel they got recruited and 1 table with the cost of the recruitmentchannel in total(year) per recruitmentchannel (dimension).

Does anyone know how i can calculate the cost per hire per recruitmentchannal in Power BI? And also want to filter a month. The cost can be divided /12, because it's every month the same. Hope anyone understands. 🙂
Greetings,
Kjell
ps. sorry for the bad English
- So put RecruitmentChannel column from the 2nd table in a visual and then this measure (assuming your 2nd table has a relationship with the 1st table on RecruitmentChannel.
Measure = MAX('2ndTable'[Cost]) / 12 / COUNTROWS(RELATEDTABLE('1stTable'))
