Hi jesualli,

Thank you for reaching out via the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Kindly follow the steps below to reuse and modify the existing report:

  1. In the Power BI Service, please save a copy of your report and rename it as Report_SubscriptionCopy for better clarity.
  2. Ensure that the copied report is saved in the same Premium workspace where Dynamic Subscriptions have been configured.
  3. Open the copied report, click on Edit, make the necessary minor changes, and then Save.
  4. Open the copied report, click on Subscribe, then select Manage All, and subsequently click on + Add dynamic subscription. Define the personalization rules such as user-level filtering, scheduling, and output format as required.
