Convert date to financial date

Hi all,

Does anyone knows how I can convert a date into a Financial Month and Financial Year? Starting the Financial year on July. 
An example would be:

Date            |    Financial Month    |     Financial Year

26/05/2020 |              12                |    2020

26/08/2020 |              2                 |         2021

In excel I would use the following formulas, but I would like to get the same results by using power query:

 =YEAR(DATE(YEAR(A4),MONTH(A4)+(7-1),1))  - To get the fiscal year
 =CHOOSE(MONTH(A4),7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5,6) - To get the fiscal month
(A4) cell includes the date. 

What is the best way to obtain the same results?
