Convert a set of Parameters to a column

Is it possible to create a column that flags data based on a parameter set? for example

I have a set of parameters; eg

Test parameter will filter Purchase Orders with a specific order type eg (HK, CH)

Is there a way to use these and create a column that flags it as eg (Asia) instead of filtering the data table?
