Consultar etiquetas disponíveis no Bling

Olá, por favor, alguém já conseguiu ou sabe como extrair a quantidade, ou os pedidos que possuem etiquetas disponíveis no ERP Bling?

Mr. @GeraldGEmerick Thank you so much for your reply. I have conected Bling to Power Bi, I have acccess token and refresh token, but I guess Bling doesn´t have an endpoint for "available labels" (etiquetas disponíveis). I would like to have some help about that but I am going to read the content you shared with me. Thank you so much about that.

Hi @RonaldoMinholi ,

Thanks for the update, and thanks to @GeraldGEmerick  for pointing out the custom connector option. From the Power BI side, you will only be able to retrieve the data that the source system exposes. If Bling does not provide an endpoint or export that includes “available labels”, Power BI or a custom connector will not be able to surface that information.

Since this appears to be specific to the data made available by Bling ERP, it may help to check directly with their support channels to confirm whether this field or concept is available for extraction.

Hi @RonaldoMinholi ,

Just wanted to check if the response provided was helpful. If further assistance is needed, please reach out.

Also have you had a chance to raise this through Bling support and got any insights or resolution. If yes, could you share any details so that it would be helpful for others who are following this thread.

Thank you.

Hi Community Support, first of all I would like to tell you my English is not very good so, I would not like to be disrespectfull but if you can´t understand anything what I am saying please tell me. I would like to learn more and more with you guys.

Thank so much for your reply.

I reached out to Bling support and the guy told me he was not able to help me about it. I will try again in a few days. Maybe another person can help me.

I am new user in Power BI application so I can say that I have created sources and queries. I got access token and refresh token. I have to create new access token and refresh token about 6 hours but I can see all of my orders in Power Bi.

My problem is I would like to create a dashboard  in order to see only new ordens in a card. I guess it is possible but I am not sure.

Hi @RonaldoMinholi ,

Thank you for the clarification, and no worries about your English - everything is clear.

Based on what you described, what you are trying to achieve is possible in Power BI. Since you are already able to retrieve all orders from Bling using the access and refresh tokens, the next step is to clearly define what “new orders” means in your data. In most cases, this is based on a column such as order creation date, order date, or an order status returned by the API.

Incremental refresh can also be useful in your scenario as your data grows. If the Bling API supports filtering orders by date or last updated timestamp, incremental refresh allows Power BI to refresh only recent or new orders instead of reloading all historical orders on every refresh. This helps with performance and refresh time, but it is built on top of the same logic of identifying new orders in your data.

If you are able to share which column you are using to identify new orders, or a small sample of the fields returned by Bling (without sensitive data), we can guide you more precisely on how to build the measure and the card.

Hi Community Support,

Thanks for yor help.

"...this is based on a column such as order creation date, order date, or an order status returned by the API."
That´s the point. I guess there is not a column that shows this information available by the API. I mean, in the main screen I can see all the "opened orders or current orders" and I have a filter section where I can choose only the orders that have available labels (Etiquetas disponíveis).  I can filter that in the main screen in Bling but I guess there is not a column like that available or returned in the API.

I have used a column called "number" to know all orders because I don´t know how to do to see only new orders.

Hi @RonaldoMinholi ,

Thank you for the clarification.

From what you described and from the screenshots, this confirms the key limitation: the “Etiqueta disponível” option you see in the Bling UI is a screen level filter, but that information is not exposed as a column or field in the API response. Power BI can only work with fields that are actually returned by the API, so if that status is not part of the payload, it cannot be filtered or counted directly in Power BI.

In this case, using the order number to identify new orders is a reasonable approach if the number is sequential. You can treat higher order numbers as newer orders and build your card based on that logic. Alternatively, if the API returns any date field such as creation date or update date, that would be the more reliable way to define “new orders”.

At this point, the best confirmation would still come from Bling, to verify whether “Etiqueta disponível” is available in any API field or parameter. If it is not, then the workaround using order number or dates is the only option on the Power BI side.

Please reach out for further assistance,
Thank you.

Hi @RonaldoMinholi ,

Hope you are doing well.

Just checking whether the earlier response helped address your question. If you need any further clarification or run into issues while implementing this, feel free to let us know.

Also wanted to check if you were able to reconnect with Bling support and whether you had any success getting clarification from them.

Thank you.

Mr.

Thanks for helping me but I am so confused. I can´t explain cleared because I am new Power BI user and I am doing an advanced thing for my knowledge.
If you want close this case or if you want that I do this I agree with that. I can search for more knowledge before and come back when I can explain better.

Hi @RonaldoMinholi ,

Thank you for the update, and no worries at all.

It is completely fine to keep learning and come back to this later. There is no need to close the discussion unless you want to. If at any point you are able to confirm with Bling whether that filter maps to a field in the API response, we can continue from there and help you model it correctly in Power BI.

Take your time, and feel free to return when ready.

Best Regards,
Vinay Kumar Eshwara.

@RonaldoMinholi You would need to use the Bling API and probably write a custom Power Query connector in order to retrieve information from the Bling ERP system. API | Bling API Reference

You can find information about creating a custom connector here: Develop a connector using the Power Query SDK - Power Query | Microsoft Learn
