Connection to Xero Failing

Hello all,

We're unable to connect Microsoft BI to Xero and I wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. We have some dashboard without data that loaded for us, but connecting the actual data gives an error.

We tried to remove the extra https from this post, but this still doesn't seem to be working. 

Any help would really be appreciated!

I am having the same issue but changing browser does not resolve. I have tried changing my role to Advisor but this does not work either.

Hi @Sophie311,

I get same error message as yours when I connect to Xero content pack last week. However, I can now successfully connect to Xero content pack in Power BI Service.

Actually, the above issue has been solved in last Friday, could you please try in different browsers?
