I'm trying to connect our Webtrends account as a data source in Power BI. It is not verifying my credentials and not sure what next steps to take to try and get it verified. I've logged out and logged back in to Webtrends to verifying I was using the correct username and password. Although, when I keep entering the correct credentials it tells me "The user was not authorized." I did on the first attempt put in the wrong password, but then I verified the correct one and now it's just denying me no matter what...almost like maybe it's frozen on the first credential combination and not updating (?).
Anyone else having issues with trying to get their credentials verified?
Thanks!

Hi @kplucker,
Do you connect to Webtrends content pack in Power BI Service or directly connect to Webtrends from Power BI Desktop? Please choose Basic authentication method in Power BI , and when you enter “account\username” as UserName, ensure that you don’t add any extra spaces in the UserName field.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
