There are several methods for you connecting to ServiceNow in Power BI.
1. Connect to ServiceNow content pack directly in Power BI Service. You can review the tutorial here.
2. Connect to ServiceNow via PBIT file in Power BI Desktop, then publish the PBIX file to Power BI Service。
3. Connect to ServiceNow using ODBC connector in Power BI Desktop, for more details, please review this blog.

If i connect using the PBIT method, the dashboard is blank as if no data is being imported.
Is the information pulled based of my user account that is logged into PowerBI at the time of connection? Or is there another method to pulling the data once connected?
