Connecting to PaySpace

Is there any way to connect to cloud based PaySpace Payroll and HR Software through BI?

There is no content pack for it. Going to depend upon the service and whether you can use Web connector or ODBC or something along those lines. Really depends on PaySpace and if they provide a REST endpoint or something similar.
