I am not familiar with ODK Aggregate, and I haven’t found any direct way to use ODK Aggregate as a data source in Power BI.
However, as other post, you can consider to export data to CSV files, and connect to CSV files from Power BI Desktop, create reports in Desktop and publish them to Power BI Service. Moreover, if you deployed ODK Aggregate locally on a Tomcat server backed with a MySQL or PostgreSQL database server. You are able to connect to the MySQL or PostgreSQL database from Power BI Desktop.
