Did any already tried connecting to Blackboard from power BI and know the process and requirements for it?

There is no built-in connector for Blackboard Learn in Power BI. However, based on my research, Blackboard Learn use a SQL Server database or Oracle database as backend database, you can directly connect to the SQL Server database or Oracle database in Power BI Desktop.

There is a way, Blackboard uses an "Advanced System Reporting (ASR)", you will need to contact them for the following and send them your IP for them to whitelist.
