Connecting Shared Mailbox to Power BI

Hi TS_RepairS 

 

I'm able to connect to a group mailbox or a shared mailbox without any problem. I tested with my crendentials (owner of the group) and another account (member of the group) without any error. 

Ensure to use Microsoft account credentials type.

Hi v-jingzhang, if you used your credentials how did you manage to switch between the mails intended to the group and the ones intended to your separate mailbox? If I use my credentials I get the mails that were sent to my email address and not the group.

    Hi TS_RepairS 

     

    You can create two queries. One is connected to the group mailbox address and the other is connected to your separate mailbox. These two queries are separate.

      I get the following error when I try to add the 2nd query, and the address is correct
