Hi everybody
Do you have any idea how to connect to multiple calendars in Power BI without having the password from the specific user? The calendar will be shared with me.
I have tried to set up a connection with the new Mail API, but I always get an error when I try to connect. This is the string to set up the connection through oData:
When I'm prompted to sign in I get the following error message: Access to the resource is forbidden
roumen92,
please try to change permissions on calendars to which you would like to connect. Add your account i.e. as Editor.
you can also find some detail about calendar sharing here: https://support.office.com/en-za/article/Sharing-your-calendar-in-Outlook-Web-App-7ecef8ae-139c-40d9...
1. Each user from which you would like to collect data should change permissions
2. So, you have to right click on specific calendar and select permissions option from context menu.
3. Setup appropriate permision level for each calendar. Add your account i.e. as Editor
Hi ajanson
Thank you for your response, but it's not even working if I try to connect to my own calendar. I get the same message: Access is forbidden. I'm honestly not sure if my URL to access to oData calendar feed is right. Could you please check it?
Thank you
