I'm not quite sure what you mean. Does it mean you want shared users to show only busy/free information？

First, sign into your Microsoft Outlook account.
Go to the calendar selection by clicking on the calendar icon.
Click on “folder” in the menu bar.
Now click on “calendar properties”.
In the properties panel go to “permission”.
There are four kinds of permission levels: select the one that’s most relevant to the amount of information you want to send.
Click on “OK”
