I'm not quite sure what you mean. Does it mean you want shared users to show only busy/free information？

• First, sign into your Microsoft Outlook account.
• Go to the calendar selection by clicking on the calendar icon.
• Click on “folder” in the menu bar.
• Now click on “calendar properties”.
• In the properties panel go to “permission”.
• There are four kinds of permission levels: select the one that’s most relevant to the amount of information you want to send.
• Click on “OK”
