Connect Power Query Online to MySQL without Gateway On Premise

Hi, I need to connect Power Query Online to MySQL without a gateway on premise; but when I tried to do this the gateway field is requiered as obligatory but in the docs it says "if necesary..."

Is there a way to do it without completing this field?

Hi MySQL as the a onpremies datasources requires gateway. The sources that doesn't require gateway are online databases such as Azure SQL DB, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Analysis Services and Spark on Azure HDInsight.

@jorgeandreoni Do you know if your MySQL database is accessible from the Azure cloud?  If it isn't then you need the gateway.
