Connect MongoDB with ODBC connector problem

Hello guys!

I have an issue with an ODBC connector. I am using an ODBC DNS to connect to the MongoDB BI connector to retrieve data from a M30 type cluster. The connection is successful but its very slow when it is in the waiting for the DNS stage and its very often throws an error...

Is there any other way to connect to a MongoDB cluster instead of ODBC, or is there any way to make it load faster?

After this i have to use this connection to service as well, do you know any way for this connection?

Thank you for any help!

Hi v-jingzhang, thanks for your help,

I have found another solution. In MongoDB there is MongoDB realm where you can make HTTP endpoints to specified collections. After you can connect to this endpoint with Power Query Web.Content function. With this connection you can also make scheduled refresh in Power BI Service as well! 🙂

    Best regards,
