Conditional Group by calculations

I have a table like this 

I need a formula to create a new column called calculated_SPs which store a value calculated as

MAX(SUM(CO1/IN1,CO1/IN2,CO1/IN3),MAX(CO2/IN1,CO2/IN2, CO2/IN3))

the SUM and MAX is taken from the fiels SPs_Calc_method and the outer MAX is hard coded.

I really appreicate your asisstance to solvethis complicated issue...
