Compatibility with SAP BW 7.0
A client is using SAP ECC 6.0 & SAP BW 7.0 -> we want to get data from these and build Power BI dashboard. But not sure if it will work or not.

The documentation mentions that the connector supports BW 7.3 and BW 7.5:

The native Power BI SAP BW connector officially supports BW 7.3, BW 7.5, and BW/4HANA 2.0. SAP BW 7.0 is therefore outside the documented support range.
If upgrading is not currently possible, you may contact the Power BI Connector for SAP team for a compatibility assessment: https://www.sap.com/products/data-cloud/partners/metrica-software-inc-power-bi-connector-for-sap.html
ECC and BW environments are evaluated case by case, depending on the OData services available in the SAP system.
Compatibility with BW 7.0 should be confirmed before implementation.
