Use Left Anti Join.
In July table, insert this statement where Source must be replaced with your previous step name in July table
= Table.RemoveColumns(Table.NestedJoin(Source, {"Job No"}, June, {"Job No"}, "Temp", JoinKind.LeftAnti), {"Temp"})
