Hi. I am trying to combine two strings with Power Query. I have string A: "A;B;C;D" and String B: "1;2;3;4". String A and B do allways have the same number of semicolon.   I want to combine the ...

    Hi ChrisSv 

    Place the following M code in a blank query to see the steps.

    let
    StringA = "A;B;C;D",
    StringB = "1;2;3;4",
    listA = Text.Split(StringA, ";"),
    listB = Text.Split(StringB, ";"),
    res = Text.Combine(List.Transform(List.Zip({listA, listB}), each Text.Combine(_,"-")),";")
in
    res
