Combine numeric columns with forward slashes to produce a date

Hello all...

I need to combine the month and year in my table below with a 1 and 2 forward slashes to arrive at a date column with 4/1/2020 and 5/1/2020 as dates. I'd like to do this using M in the query editor. Can anyone assist?
