Combine column with List as values into resulting table while using a List value as column name

Hi,

Background: I am still a newbie in Power Query.

Data is taken from a GET request API query.

Issue:

I get the following table with the column 'custom_attribute_values' populated as List values.

In this 'List', I would like to extract the column 'value', then transposing the 'custom_attribute_name' into column names into the table above.

My desired result:

List.'custom_attribute_name' content becomes a column name with List.'value' as the value per row.
