Column total - not the sum i'm after

Hi all!   I am working on a production total based on work day (column 1) and production target (tons/day) (column 2) so as shown below, Jan would be 18 days x 273t/day = 4900t/day (column 3)   ...
Need Help

    Thanks heaps Greg_Deckler  - I think I can see the concept! I had a bit of a play but still struggle to get it to work because my workday column is a sum from a powerBI calendar function plus an extra calculated column (i.e. from a separate table). I am struggling to get the 2 to link... do you have some examples of working this through 2 separate but related tables?

    (also, as per your suggestion, voted for the idea - hope that goes through)
