Here is my sample data:
First I use this DAX to create a calculated column:Year & Period = [Fiscal years] * 10 + [Periods]
Then use this DAX to create a measure:latest Fiscal year and period for specific accounts = VAR last_year_period = CALCULATE( MAX('Table'[Year & Period]), ALLEXCEPT('Table', 'Table'[specific accounts]) ) RETURN CALCULATE( SUM('Table'[Amounts]), ALLEXCEPT('Table', 'Table'[specific accounts]), 'Table'[Year & Period] = last_year_period )And the final output is as below:
