Cloud Excel Tab Not Loading for Other Users

I've added a tab in a one drive excel file, I added that data to the power bi.  It loads fine for me but other users get "Loading Blocked By Failures with Other Queries"

I've checked the soure and navigation settings for the particular query and they all match what I have.  

Is there anyway to set the query so other users can load this data?

Please check that whether other users have the access to your onedrive excel file if they use their own authentications to connect to your file.
