What is the result when you enter the URL in browser?

Anonymous Just realised you might mean Power BI Web, if I enter the URL into there it simply defaults to a different team's board.

I guess that you connect to a wrong URL in Power BI Desktop, please review the following similar thread about connecting to JIRA in Power BI Desktop.
