Hi,
I have a file which dozens of other files use as a source for power query. For various reasons, I need to rename the source file, but doing so breaks the link to all the files which use it.
I realize I can manually change the source for each file one-by-one, but I am hoping there is a more efficient way.
Is there? Any advice/suggestions appreciated.

Afraid not, so in the future, do something like name your source file something like "Z-SourceFile" (as an example), so that you can refer to the first file after sorting the folder by Descending A-Z, or something like that.

Hi Nate,
Thanks for the reply and answering my question to say that it's not possible.
Also, although quickly finding the file in Windows Explorer is not the reason I need to change the file name, your tip for quickly finding it is useful nonetheless. I will use it in the future.
Have a great day!
