Hi @SANTOSAlex,
Thank you for clarifying.
Since you are using SharePoint Online and have limited access to specific folders, this behavior is normal. The SharePoint Folder connector only shows files from folders you can access. If you do not have at least read access to a folder, files inside it will not appear when filtering, even if other files load.
For scheduled refresh, use the SharePoint Folder connector (the Web connector does not support this well). Connect using the root site URL, then filter with the Folder Path column to the folder you can access. Filter by folder first, then by file name.
If the file still does not show up, check with your SharePoint administrator to confirm:
Your access to the folder
The file is not checked out or restricted
The folder is not in a library with special permissions
Once permissions are confirmed, scheduled refresh should work without needing a gateway.
Thank you.

Site regular.
Meu acesso é limitado a algumas pastas
Hi @SANTOSAlex,
This issue often occurs when using the SharePoint Folder connector in Power Query and does not necessarily mean the file is missing. The connector loads all files from the SharePoint site before you can filter for the specific file, so filtering too soon can make it seem like the file isn’t there.
To connect properly, choose Get Data - SharePoint Folder and enter just the main SharePoint site URL, not the folder path or file name. After signing in, let the connector load all files, then use the Folder Path column to find the right folder and the Name column to filter for the file you need. Once you’ve found the file, you can proceed as needed.
Be sure you have the necessary permissions, that the file isn’t checked out by someone else, and that it hasn’t been moved recently, as SharePoint updates can take time. For sites with many files, it helps to filter by Folder Path first, then by file name.
Thank you.
SharePoint On-Premises or SharePoint Online?
regular site or subsite?
If subsite - do you have access to the parent site?
Is your access limited to a subfolder or do you have access to the entire (sub)site?
What happens if you use the Web connector instead (not recommended, only for troubleshooting)?
