I created a dataset from Google analytics in PoerBI Desktop. The dataset has custom columns. Then published the dataset to PowerBI web App and created a dashboard from it. Now I cannot refresh the data (or schedule a refresh) from the PowerBI Web App.
Cannot create the dataset directly in the Web App, because I have custom columns and the web app does not seem to support creating of those.
Is there a way to refresh a desktop dataset on the web app?

Could you uploaf the pbix file using Browser Get Data->Files->Local files in the Power BI service instead of directly publishing it from the Power BI Desktop. There is a known issue in the direct publish which is fixed and is in the process of deployment to production.
