Hi,
I have around 12 data sources running in several workspaces in PowerBI with an enterprise gateway. Everthis was updating great until this weekend 20th Oct, when just about all my data sources failed to refresh and have been mostly (occasionally they are fine) failing to update since. Everytime we get a failure the manual (on demand) update works fine
There had been no changes to the local infrastructure (updates etc).
Since this issue have updated the gateway from the August 2018 build to the October build with no change in performance.
The message is simply:
Scheduled 25/10/2018 03:00:06 25/10/2018 03:02:48 Failed Cannot connect to the mashup data source. See error details for more information.

Hi I am having the same issue since an update to the September and now October gateway. The logs only show some datasource SQL Server SSL errors but these errors predate the update if you look in the server event log.
@mpsimpson,
Please export Power BI gateway log following the guide in this article:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-onprem-tshoot.
Regards,
Lydia
