Hello there.
We have an Azure database, and we build a report on Pbi from that.
We published it according to the tutorials we read.
The local IP from our machine its authorized in the Azure database setup
The dataset is right connected to the database
But, when we try to open the report, the following message is displayed:
"Cannot load model
Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details."
It sounds like a normal connectivity issue, but the problem is that sometimes, we can see the report correctly.
Sometimes we can access the report, sometimes we don't.
For example, at this moment we recieved the "Cannot load model" message, but a few hours ago it was working fine.
Yesterday, it was not working in the begginig of the day, and it start to work randomly in the middle of the afternoon.
Can someone help us to understand our issue here?
Have you tried using your IPv6 address as the authorized machine to access the database?
If you have recently started exploring Fabric, we'd love to hear how it's going. Your feedback can help with product improvements.
A new Power BI DataViz World Championship is coming this June! Don't miss out on submitting your entry.
