Can we setup Incremental Refresh on Analytics Views of ADO?

If Pull Data from Analytics View (WorkItems) from ADO into PowerBI, can we setup Incremental Refresh on this Views, Searched in ChatGPI, Setting up Incremetnal Refresh is not possible on Analytics views and it works only for OData Queries? is it correct.

Hello @sravs2007,

 

Yes, that’s correct. Incremental Refresh is not supported on Azure DevOps Analytics Views because they don’t support query folding needed for partitioning.

 

Incremental Refresh works only on tables or OData queries where Power BI can filter by a date/time column.

Why do you need to configure incremental refresh for it?
One alternative is to configure an alternative Analaytics view in ADO which only shows recent updates and load from there.
