Can't edit applied steps in Power Query Online (Dataflow)

I still can perform the edit using the advanced editor but it is a bit tricky because I have to use the technical names associated to the fields by SAP BWwhy is that tricky? Sounds like a good alternative.
I don't know if you are familiar with BEx queries, but to access a field using M code you have to use SAP technical names which are a sequence of numbers and letters, so not very user friendly. The Power Query GUI handles this for me.
