Can not see my gateway to add data source to it

I have installed the On Prem data gateway.  The gateway GUI reports that it is connected.  However when I click to "Manage Gateway" in the web app there are no gateways listed.

I think I have found my answer.  We are a Goverment customer and it looks like we need to be "whitelisted"
